Talent Acquisition Lead
Canadian B2B fintech companies often struggle to attract top-tier talent while navigating a highly competitive, compliance-heavy financial landscape. This role anchors the recruitment function to solve that exact bottleneck, building and executing hiring strategies that pull the right operators into the organization. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle and translate the company's financial infrastructure mission into a compelling narrative for candidates. It requires someone who treats hiring as a strategic lever rather than a simple administrative task.
What we're looking for
- 3 to 5 years of recruitment experience, ideally within B2B fintech or financial services
- Proven ability to source and close passive candidates across highly competitive Canadian markets
- Expertise in designing and executing end-to-end hiring strategies rather than just filling reqs
- Willingness to work on-site in the Canadian office to stay closely tethered to the team's culture
- Must be based in the United States.
