You are the operational backbone for a scaling engineering team that refuses to let bureaucracy slow down deployment cycles. Your days will blend high-touch employee advocacy with the rigorous design of people systems capable of supporting hyper-growth in the enterprise AI sector. We need someone who finds genuine satisfaction in turning chaotic early-stage processes into a cohesive culture without losing the agility that got us here.
What we're looking for
- 4 to 8 years of generalist HR experience within a high-growth B2B software or AI environment
- Proven track record designing scalable people operations from the ground up in an on-site setting
- Deep familiarity with California employment law and complex compensation structures in the tech industry
- Ability to manage full-cycle recruiting while simultaneously owning employee relations and performance management
- Strategic mindset paired with the willingness to execute tactical administrative tasks when necessary
- Must be based in the United States.
