You'll build full-stack features for an AI-driven recruiting platform that helps companies streamline their hiring process. The team of 25 is based in San Francisco and works on-site to collaborate on backend systems, frontend interfaces, and AI integration. You'll work with a modern tech stack spanning Python, TypeScript, and cloud infrastructure to scale the product across consumer and enterprise customers.

What we're looking for

  • 5–10 years of full-stack software development experience
  • Proficiency in Python (FastAPI), TypeScript/React, and SQL (PostgreSQL)
  • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Familiarity with vector databases and AI/ML integration patterns
  • Strong foundation in system design and collaborative development practices
