You'll work as a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer embedded with enterprise healthcare clients, bridging their operational needs with our AI-native platform. Your role combines hands-on technical implementation, customer problem-solving, and full-stack development across Python, JavaScript, and React. You'll own deployment workflows, troubleshoot integrations, and work directly with customers to drive successful implementations of our revenue cycle and ambient intelligence tools.

What we're looking for

  • 3–6 years of software engineering experience, with demonstrated expertise in Python and JavaScript/React
  • Experience building or deploying full-stack systems, ideally with FastAPI or similar backend frameworks
  • Strong customer-facing and communication skills; comfort working embedded with enterprise clients
  • Familiarity with healthcare systems, compliance requirements, or SaaS deployments strongly preferred
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve complex integration issues across frontend and backend systems
