AI-driven platform that finds and fixes exploitable vulnerabilities in your application code

Customer Engineer

San FranciscoRemote$140K - $185K3 - 5 years
We're building a system that doesn't just flag security flaws — it traces them from endpoint to exploit, then generates the precise code changes that eliminate them. This is a product role grounded in deep technical work: you'll collaborate with security and engineering teams at companies that ship real software, helping them integrate automated vulnerability detection and remediation into their CI/CD pipelines. You'll write proof-of-concept integrations, shape our Python and TypeScript tooling based on what you see in the field, and influence the product roadmap with the patterns you uncover. It's part solutions engineering, part security research, and part product craft — sitting at the intersection where our platform meets the messy, urgent reality of production applications.

What we're looking for

  • 3–5 years writing production code in Python or TypeScript, with comfort switching between both
  • Experience working with modern CI/CD systems and Git-based workflows in a development or security context
  • Familiarity with application security concepts — OWASP Top 10, SAST, DAST, or code-level vulnerability patterns
  • A track record of working directly with technical customers, translating feedback into product insights without losing the engineering rigor
  • Clear, patient communication style suited for explaining complex security workflows to developers and engineering leaders
  • Must be based in the United States.
