Forward Deployed Engineer

You'll work as a Forward Deployed Engineer embedded with enterprise clients to design, build, and support cloud solutions on AWS. This role blends technical depth with customer collaboration—you'll solve real infrastructure and application challenges while helping clients adopt cloud best practices. You'll work across the full stack, from infrastructure-as-code to application development, often introducing AI-driven solutions and automation tools to streamline client operations. Based in Canada and fully remote, you'll join a team of 850 engineers solving complex cloud challenges for Fortune 500 companies.

What we're looking for

  • 4–10 years of software engineering or cloud infrastructure experience
  • Strong proficiency with AWS services and Python for automation and development
  • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, containerization, and modern DevOps practices
  • Familiarity with AI/ML integration tools such as LangChain or workflow automation platforms like Zapier
  • Ability to communicate technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders and thrive in customer-facing environments
