Founding Design Engineer

You'll be a founding design engineer at a newly funded startup building an agentic integration platform that automates connections between mission-critical systems in logistics, manufacturing, and enterprise operations. This is a hands-on founding role where you'll own both product design and frontend implementation, working across the full stack from Figma mockups to production React code. You'll be one of five on the core team, shaping how customers interact with complex automation workflows. Based in San Francisco, this role is on-site.

What we're looking for

  • 1–5 years of frontend development experience with React and TypeScript
  • Proficiency in Figma and design-to-code workflows using Tailwind CSS
  • Ability to move quickly between design, product thinking, and engineering implementation
  • Experience building B2B or enterprise interfaces, ideally for technical users
  • Comfortable working in a founding team environment with ambiguity and rapid iteration
