Forward Deployed Engineer

You'll serve as a Forward Deployed Engineer, working directly with customers to implement solutions and resolve technical challenges. The role bridges engineering and customer success, requiring you to support enterprise clients across education, finance, and AI sectors while collaborating with a small, focused team of seven. You'll write code in Python, TypeScript, C/C++, and Java to solve real-world problems and gather insights that inform product development. Based in San Francisco or New York with hybrid flexibility, this position offers hands-on technical work paired with direct customer interaction.

What we're looking for

  • 1.5 to 5 years of software engineering or solutions engineering experience
  • Proficiency in at least two of: Python, TypeScript, C/C++, or Java
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills in customer-facing environments
  • Experience supporting enterprise or startup customers preferred
