You'll deploy solutions for personnel and workforces tackling demanding, mission-critical tasks—combining software development with on-site technical support. The team of 55 is growing, and you'll work hybrid from the South Bay Area, bridging the gap between product engineering and real-world field operations.

What we're looking for

  • 3-5 years of software engineering experience with proficiency in C/C++, Rust, Python, or Java
  • Ability to work effectively in customer-facing environments and troubleshoot complex technical issues on-site
  • Experience with hardware integration, robotics systems, or defense/industrial applications preferred
  • Strong communication skills to translate between engineering teams and end-users
  • Willingness to travel occasionally and adapt to hybrid work arrangements
