This role is a Staff Full Stack Engineer position at a 200-person applied AI engineering firm focused on delivering enterprise AI systems that drive measurable business outcomes. You'll work across the full stack—from backend services in Python and Node.js to frontend applications in React, Angular, and Next.js—while leveraging AWS infrastructure and modern DevOps practices. The team spans healthcare, financial services, and other enterprise verticals, and you'll be part of a remote-first organization based in Canada.

What we're looking for

  • 7+ years of full stack software development experience
  • Proficiency with Python, Node.js, React, and/or Next.js/TypeScript
  • Experience with AWS, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform
  • Track record architecting and shipping scalable systems in enterprise or AI-adjacent environments
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across distributed teams
