Solutions Engineer, Media

You'll work as a Solutions Engineer supporting media and entertainment clients on a marketplace platform that powers AI training data transactions. This is a hybrid technical and customer-facing role where you'll deploy solutions, troubleshoot data pipelines, and help clients maximize value from the platform. You'll work with Python, Snowflake, Airflow, and Spark across data infrastructure challenges. Based on a 70-person team, you'll have direct impact on how enterprise clients operationalize their data workflows.

What we're looking for

  • 3–7 years of experience with Python and data engineering tools (Snowflake, Airflow, or Spark)
  • Hands-on experience designing and debugging data pipelines in production environments
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders and clients
  • Comfort with forward-deployed problem-solving and on-site or remote client engagement
  • Experience in AI, media, or data marketplace contexts is a plus
