You'll be a founding engineer at an early-stage AI startup building real-time compliance and audit infrastructure for enterprises. The company is developing agentic AI systems that detect and surface compliance issues as they happen, rather than months after discovery. You'll work on-site in San Francisco or the UK with a 5-person founding team, architecting core systems from the ground up using TypeScript and AWS.

What we're looking for

  • 4+ years of software engineering experience with TypeScript
  • Proven experience building on AWS infrastructure and cloud systems
  • Comfort working at an early-stage startup with ambiguity and rapid iteration
  • Background in enterprise software, compliance systems, or AI applications preferred
  • Based in or relocating to San Francisco or the UK for on-site work
