You'll work as a Forward Deployed Engineer embedded with enterprise clients to implement and optimize AI-powered workflow automation solutions. Your role bridges engineering and customer success, ensuring seamless integration of our platform into law firms and professional services organizations. You'll collaborate directly with clients to solve complex technical challenges, gather product feedback, and drive adoption of AI-native capabilities. Based in New York, you'll work on-site with a 20-person team focused on solutions and support.

What we're looking for

  • 2–8 years of software engineering or solutions engineering experience
  • Proficiency in Python and experience with vector databases and LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI)
  • Track record implementing and deploying enterprise software solutions for clients
  • Strong communication skills and ability to translate customer needs into technical solutions
  • Familiarity with enterprise B2B workflows or professional services environments
