Join a 7-person founding team at an early-stage AI company building specialized intelligence for professional workflows. You'll shape the technical architecture from the ground up as a Senior Founding Engineer, working across backend systems and machine learning infrastructure. This is an on-site role in San Francisco where you'll have meaningful input on product direction and engineering decisions during the critical early phase.

What we're looking for

  • 3–7 years of backend or machine learning engineering experience
  • Proficiency in Python and hands-on experience with AWS or GCP
  • Demonstrated ability to architect and ship systems at scale
  • Comfort working in early-stage, ambiguous environments with small teams
  • Strong problem-solving skills and experience building AI or ML-powered features
