How it works

Tell us who.

Email their name to careers@fluencydigital.io or your recruiter. You'll get an emailed record of your referral with the time we received it.
We take it from there.

A Fluency Digital recruiter reaches out, represents them, and puts them in front of the client.
You may earn up to $5,000.

If we place them in an eligible role, the bonus stated for that role is paid within 15 days after the client's final fee is in and any guarantee period has passed. Timing depends on the client's terms. Terms apply.

The short version

The full program terms govern everything on this page, including eligibility, amount, and timing. They run about two screens.

Eligible roles only. Roles with the Referral bonus sticker, or named as eligible in an email from us.
Up to $5,000 per placement. The amount is the one stated for the role. Whether it's earned is Fluency's determination under the terms.
Referred role(s) only, unless we say otherwise. Fluency may, at its sole discretion, credit your referral to another eligible role that opens within the 12 months.
Form or email, either counts. The moment we receive it is your Referral Time, and you get an emailed record.
First referral wins. If two people send the same name, the earlier one gets the bonus. Your emailed record shows your time.
Good for 12 months from the day we receive it.
Not yourself, and not anyone we've spoken with about a role in the last 12 months.
W-9 before payment. Paid by ACH or check, taxes are yours.
